This project focused on the design of a user manual and installation guide for a Finnish manufacturer Vetrospace specialising in high-quality, freestanding office pods designed for focused work, meetings, and collaboration. The featured one-person pod is conceived as a long-term working environment, combining acoustic privacy, ergonomic comfort, advanced ventilation, and lighting optimised for both concentration and video communication.
Ilchyshyn Studio role centred on the recreation and refinement of the original design concept in Adobe InDesign, based on an existing Figma file. The objective was to translate a digital-first layout into a robust, print-ready document while preserving the original design intent, proportions, and visual hierarchy.
In addition to rebuilding the layout structure, Ilchyshyn Studio was responsible for designing missing infographics and visual elements to clearly communicate key product features. Particular attention was given to consistency, legibility, and technical clarity, ensuring that the document will clearly communicate all the features of the product and be understandable for its user.
The final stage of the work involved preparing the complete document for print, including typographic refinement, alignment checks, colour management, and production-ready export. The resulting publication supports the company’s aim to reposition office pods as human-centred, comfortable, and flexible work environments, while maintaining a clean, precise, and professional visual language aligned with a Nordic design ethos.
